Notice to Third-Party Recruiters, Recruitment Agencies and Staffing Agencies

Use of Third Parties
We thank you for your interest in supporting our continued growth. Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects Inc. (I&CP) works with third-party recruitment agencies from time to time to supplement our in-house talent acquisition efforts. We recognize that our partnership with third-party recruitment agencies is instrumental to our continued success in attracting top-tiered applicants. Due to this, we work with a select list of third-party recruiters who are considered our strategic partners and understand our company culture, core values, and industry.

Becoming a Strategic Partner
If your agency would like to be considered as a recruiting vendor, please contact our Director, Talent Acquisition, via email and include information about your firm as well as a primary point of contact.

Unsolicited Resumes
Third-party vendors must have a vendor agreement fully signed and executed by the Director, Talent Acquisition in order to submit or receive payment for any resumes, candidate profiles, or placements with I&CP. The agreement must be dated no later than one year prior to the date of resume submission. Verbal commitments from any member of the I&CP team are not considered binding. In the event of a third-party recruiter or agency submitting an unsolicited resume or candidate to any member of the I&CP team, without having a signed agreement, I&CP reserves the right to pursue and hire such candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency. Any unsolicited resumes sent to I&CP will be considered the property of I&CP.
